The couples are numbered deasil (clockwise) from couple one. It is easier to dance than read.

Lead all out, lead all in again. First man and fourth woman (and), the first woman and second man change places, by both hands. The other four doing the like. Then the first man and the first woman, the second (man) and the fourth woman change by both hands, the other four the like. Then each man hands with the woman on his left hand, lead out and in as before, changing places, back again as before.
The first and third couple meet, the second and fourth falling back, the first and third couple fall back, four a breast, the second man and fourth woman with the first couple, the fourth man and second woman with the third (couple). The first man and third woman, the third man and first woman, arm and fall back into the fourth and second places, whilst the second man and fourth woman, the fourth man and second woman arm behind and fall into the first and third places. The other as much. As in Oxford.
Side and change places as before. Side again and change places, back again. The first and third couple cast off and come into your places all again, the fourth woman following the first man, the second man the first woman, the second woman the third man, the fourth man the third woman. The uppermost and lowermost four, hands round, to your places. The second and fourth couple cast off and the other follow to your places. Four and four of each side, hands round to your places.
Arm and change as you sided. That again to your places. The first and third couple meet and turn back to back, the other four hands about them and go round to the right and fall into each others places. The second man and fourth woman into the first place, the fourth man and second woman into the third place, the first man and third woman into the fourth place, the third man and first woman into the second place.
