A longways dance for 4
All face up, take hands with partner.
Up a double and back, twice.
Set and turn, twice.

First corners shuttle around each other CW (move to L) with arms wide out 1-½ times to exchange places. Second corners the same.
First corners cross home by R shoulders. Second corners the same.

Pretzel:
Tops big cast up and out of set to bottom of set facing up, clapping through figure WHILE Bottoms cast up through top of set, turn out of set and loop out to face down.
Bottoms pretzel (half figure 8) through Tops, loop around Tops, straight across set in front of Tops (passing each other R shoulder), down around Tops, and up through Tops, reaching back to make a R hand star. Tops clap until the Bottoms move up through Tops, when they Eggbeater turn up to end in the R hand star formation.

R-hand star all the way around, big cast to return to original positions.

Gates:
Tops turn down and Bottoms turn up. Tops skip inside Bottoms, grab hands with neighbor as they move through, and continue down and around neighbor to spin the neighbor around into the middle of a line of 4 WHILE Tops anchor the ends of the line.

With hands, up a double and back. Gate the Bottoms around to home positions.

Cross your partner.
Original first corners cross.
Original second corners cross, all turn single.

Set is inverted to go through the whole dance again from new starting positions.
